The place was very dirty, the blankets were stained, and then every time we picked up we had to move rooms because there was hair in the sheets, and there was hair in the new room.Sheet. The thing that takes the suitcases, the wheels were falling off. Pictures misleading, this hotel is under bankruptcy and was vacant. We asked for an additional hour to checkout in the morning and was told there would be a charge. The hotel was completely vacant! Breakfast was sub par and again the photos were misleading

I will start off with the order of events. I choose to stay here because it was a halfway point going back home and I wanted to see the Brandywine falls. The check pre check in process is pointless. They have you fill out information from a link, including scanning your Drivers License but when you get there, the clerks are unable to see the precheck information, so you have to do it all over again. Where is that information going? The 2 morning check-in ladies were very nice to talk to but it seems like they are very limited staff because the receptionist also are also checking the rooms (keep that in mind). I also had to have a $100 added to my account that was supposed to be "incidentals" incase I messed something up in the room, but I would get it back. Anyway, the room was ok but the bathtub looked dirty or just old. Now that brings me to check out. There was only 1 person and she was using a crutch. Sad seeing her use the stairs because the elevators were broken. I checked out but now...i see that $100 was actually charged to my card but I literally did nothing in the room but sleep and watch tv. left towels on the floor as normal to do for housecleaning. I never received an email explaining to me what was wrong with the room as to why they kept the $100, mind you. I already paid in advance through hotels.com. So, with that being said..i made a claim on my CC because this is not a legal charge. I doubt I will stay there the next time I travel through

We had to change rooms because one of the beds in the room had dirty sheets on it. The lamp shade was splattered with red spots. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk because the phone wasn’t working. The hallways had an undesirable smell.

Most other reviews on the property are spot on. It's dated and needs work. Beds and linens were clean and bug free. The price per night is about right for what you will be staying in. Convenient to Cleveland with service from Lyft and Uber.

Don’t do it

Hotel needs major renovation! Lobby was pathetic. The hallway to the presidential suite smelled like a Cypress Hill concert, I hate weed completely! Our room was blah for a presidential suite.. it was an over sized normal room without a trash can. There was a huge soaking wet spot right when you step out of bed also..
