Disappointing trip

I had a horrible experience this trip. There was no television service throughout the whole hotel. No one had service. The plumbing was slow. There was stuff backed up in the sink. The toilet flushed slowly. The shower drain was slow. Residue left from person showering before. Had to personally wipe out what was left from prior family member to not get left over body wash or sudsy water on feet.

Television was out the entire trip of 3 days, they had a exterminator spraying the hotel during my stay, room was dirty upon arrival, none of the exterior doors were secured, to get assistance always had to wait 5-10mins for receptionist to show up.

Awful room conditions. Stained curtains and tub. Peeling paint, wallpaper painted over peeling. Water damage to bathroom door. Small TV. Also at check in copy of ID taken and attempted to take a cooy of my credit which I refused.

I liked staying here. The only 2 things inwould.chnage is make aure rhe card reader works for the pool mones didnt after several tries and make sure someone is sitting at the front desk. I rarely saw anyone there. Other than that i loved it here. Ill be back.
