Hotel is a little outdated. We needed more towels and wash cloths and we were told to come to the front desk and get them. Carpet is old and stained and it's across from a RTA. Breakfast was okay and the bed I had was hard as a rock. Not worth $120 a night.

There was hair in the shower. The structure under the sink was dusty and you could tell it hadn’t been swept under in a while. Thankfully the bed and linens looked and smelled clean or I would have left. Definitely not staying there again. Not sure why this place has as good reviews- only reasons why I stayed.

No towels in the room when we got there at 8:30 p.m. Also, toilet seat fell off when we sat on it, and it was dirty where it was supposed to attach. One of the coffee packets had been torn open and grounds spilled out all over the bathroom counter. I wasn’t expecting a lot for $104/ night, but because it had the Wyndham name on it, I was hopeful it would be clean and well maintained. The staff upon check-in was pleasant and helped us navigate to the property over the phone. Location is great for rental car return at airport.Otherwise, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others.

Room was a tiny bit dirty even though they said the room was ready. Couch looks like it was from a thrift store from 1980s. TV was terrible it had extreme contrast and brightness and even though adjusted settings the colors were off by a lot. Not sure if this was in the "bad" area of Cleveland but across the streets there was a four points hotel that was tagged (graffiti) and broken into I guess it's been abandoned for a while Staff was nice and welcoming kitchen people were very nice their breakfast was pretty good. Just room a little dirty and quite outdated.
