There was no indication that it was under renovation until check in. Many things we needed/chose this hotel for were not available. The men’s bathroom under construction and my disabled father had to use the women’s bathroom—which I had to clear and monitor for his privacy. We needed a place to review things with business partners and were told to go to our room as the other area was under construction. We asked if they could offer a different room for us to use (their meeting room was empty and not being used) and were told no and to go back to our room or find another place to meet (this was by one of the managers). They ran out of breakfast multiple times. The rooms were not cleaned well. The microwave and fridge in my room was dirty. The furniture was gross and stained. In my parents room there was silverware missing from the kitchen. Also the room had a horrible smell overall and we had to buy air fresheners. My parents also found old dog treats on the floor in their room. Most of the staff—including one of the managers was incredibly rude. It was snowing and the handicap parking was not cleared—I had to ask that it be cleared for my dad’s safety. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Customer service can't be beat!

The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely. Picture glass was extremely dirty, bathroom floors, cabinets, fixtures and the fronts of the kitchen appliances were pretty gross. The Pros-- The room was quiet and comfortable and the linens looked clean. **But the biggest Pro and the reason why I would absolutely return, is the customer service! I had a trivial request and called the hotel. The front desk was extremely helpful, but she personally didn't know the answer to my question. She however promised to pass it on to someone who would... Just to point out here that I did not give my name, just that I would be staying the following two days. When I actually got to the hotel I had to go to the front office to check in (digital key did not work) and that is when I met ESSAM. I put his name in all caps because it deserves to be. Anyway, Essam knew who I was immediately and not only answered my question but by the relaying of his story it was clear that obtaining the answer had taken him all day!! He went to his manager (also amazing!!!) and the maintenance crew to insure I got my answer. He went way above and beyond and definitely deserves to be recognized, so I truly hope he will be. He was astounding.

Very very good option if you don’t want to stay in the Downtown area. Secluded, very professional front desk service with adequate food options in lobby for snacks, free breakfast has many options, lobby and eating area is very well kept.

This hotel used to be nice and well kept, reliably clean and comfortable. They have cheaped out on everything that makes a hotel like this a comfortable place to stay. The one bedroom suites have one chair in them instead of a couch and a chair so although the room sleeps four people, there is one chair to sit in to relax. Not sure why they eliminated the couches but just a weird setup. The pool is closed for “maintenance” but no note of that when booking. The lights give a nice ambience similar to a hospital operating room in the rooms. The carpet is dirty the floor is sticky the tub has a layer of grime and caked on junk on the shower head. My bedspread had mustard stain on it that looked pretty fresh like it hadn’t yet been run through a washer. The staff during the day was great, the night guy couldn’t explain the room they had to substitute my family because what I booked and paid for wasn’t available. I’m not as picky as I sound, but we had to stay in this hotel for three weeks back in 2018 because of a small house fire, and it was a phenomenal place for my family during that time. It’s just become run down and nasty. The maintenance and cleaning staff is still awesome and the check in and parking is great. So many other options right in this area would definitely not stay here again.

There was mold in the showers in the rooms. We did not get the rooms we originally booked so there were enough beds for all the people staying, is happened for all 3 rooms our family booked. The breakfast is absolutely GROSS. But the room was nice and has a full kitchen and table with stove and fridge/freezer and that was nice. The concept of the bathroom was awesome but it needs deep cleaning monthly to prevent the mold from growing. Could be a really nice place with some modifications and cleaning.

Very nice hotel stay

Very nice hotel. Looks new and updated. Friendly service all around. Wish they used more real untensils and plates for breakfast. Seemed a little wasteful having plastic wrapped utensils and paper plates. However, the breakfast taco bar was delicious and they switched up the flavors each day. The pool and gym were very nice, as was the lobby area with a nice fire going on the cold days. Bed was comfortable and room felt very clean and new.
