It was the noisiest place we have EVER stayed. The walls seemed made of paper. We were near the end where there were steps- door slamming all night. Also could hear everything in the room next door. Literally regular volume conversations could easily be heard and understood.

The hotel was great, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was really good! It was close to the National Park, which is what we needed, plus a great Mexican restaurant and convenience store. The only issue was not on the property itself, but by the hotel there’s a gas station with a lot of semis and our room was facing that, so at night I could hear noises coming from the trucks. I assume rooms facing the other way wouldn’t! But not a deal breaker as I’m a heavy sleeper.

Why a room across from elevator?
Room was right across from elevator- noise all night long. Also noise from floor above. Everything else was as great- service, food, and cleanliness, but location of room as awful.

Average hotel. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable and clean. You do receive a free breakfast; and during the afternoon, they put out free beverages and snacks. I would suggest a small notepad and pen be left in the rooms. Other than that, no complaints.

We had to wait a while for breakfast, they were out of almost everything. The water pitcher was just ice. Our keycard didn’t work and had to get it fixed a couple times. The hotel could use some updates. The room was great. The hotel was good. We’d stay again.
