very nice stay. We arrived early and they didn't have rooms available but they were kind enough to upgrade us to a Junior suite that was open. The room was very comfortable and clean and very quiet. Couldn't ask for a better location if you're hanging out in downtown Cleveland. I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will for sure book again next trip.

Sewer smell in lobby and elevators. One of the Elevators did not work properly. Very dated . Needs a serious remodel and alot of painting. Very overpriced. The best part was the lady serving breakfast. Super helpful and great service.

This was a really weird place. It’s like you’re walking into a train station. The room was dirty. The bathroom was so gross and we didn’t have any blankets for the pull out bed. But we had to go get them because no one could bring them up. The hallways are dirty. Such a waste of $350

The hotel is old and is incredibly expensive for its price. It is clean and the staff is nice but it is just shabby. I moved to Crowne Plaza after one night and got superior experience for a lower price.

The room was huge which was really nice and the kids thought the old building and elevators were cool. Gold out bed was old and covered in a slip cover so hard to find. 6 guests on the reservations and only 3 towels. We went to get more with no problems but it would be nice for them to prep the room appropriately. Bathroom was tiny for the space of the regular room and did not ventilate well. We had a quick 1 night stay but we would stay there again. Breakfast was good and the staff for breakfast were wonderful and friendly.

Beautiful historic building…. Close to the 4th Ave. alley where all the restaurants & bars were! Vallet parking was a breeze! Room was super clean & the front desk staff were kind & helpful! Lots to see & do in the area! We will be back for sure!
