Location was nice and the hotel architecture was unique. Kind of expected more from a Holiday In Express. Rooms were spacious with hardwood floors but it needs some updates made especially the bathroom area and room needs more outlets in room. Elevators wait time were a little ridiculous. Breakfast was fantastic with wonderful staff!

I stayed at this hotel from May 22–24 during my wedding weekend, and the experience was deeply disappointing. I paid extra for an upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub, but when I arrived, the tub was filthy—it had mildew, someone else’s hair, and plastic debris in it. I have a video documenting the condition. It was so bad that we couldn’t use it at all. I didn’t report it during our stay because we were exhausted each night and focused on our wedding, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of cleanliness in an upgraded room. This stay was supposed to be part of a joyful celebration, and it turned into a frustrating and unsettling experience. I hope management takes this seriously, because the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

I didnt like anything about the holiday inn express, after they wouldnt allow me to rent the room i booked and paid for.. They wanted 50 more dollars but would not except cash i had on hand i am seeking my refund for May 5th, 6th and 7th checkout time would have been 11;00 am on the 7th.
