Our room wasn’t perfectly clean. You could see build up in the corner of the bathroom floor. The lampshades were damaged. Had to call for bedding for the pull out couch- even though they knew we had two children staying as well. No one was paying attention to the pool area and the other guests were very rowdy, one group even managed to removed both ends of the rope and metal was in the pool. Towels were lacking if any left. It was absolutely freezing in the pool and pool room. Staff were very pleasant but not fast Moving. $12 for a breakfast buffet instead of continental breakfast is wild and we will not stay at this location again.

Breakfast buffet was affordable but hot food was not great. Our room smelled extremely strong of what we thought was carpet powder/cleaner. The windows couldn’t open at all so it was a little off-putting and overwhelming. Overall a safe place to stay and the beds were comfortable

Hotel lobby, pool and fitness area are all updated and modern. The same cannot be said about the rooms as they were dated and old.

Front desk checked us in with a huge smile. Confirmed our reservation and insured we were not only on the top floor as requested, but in a remodeled suite! We will be back in March for a concert and really looking forward to it.

I did enjoy the stay (even though it was one night). The staff is friendly and the room was clean. However, we had a handicapped room because of my wife. The shower needs some TLC. The bottle hanger is coming apart and the shower head has a severe leak where the hose meets the neck. Other than that, it was nice.

The hotel is great for events and teams. The pool is a decent size to allow for a good amount of people with space and the there is a gym with the necessities. We didn't eat at the restaurant and that is a convenience to have. There is also a small market with necessities that was great. The bad part was the front desk overcharged us for the items we purchased. Our room was average - pretty clean overall. We had to call down twice to get bedding for the pullout coach (three people in a room with one king bed should have signaled to the front desk to ask if we needed bedding). We would stay here again.
