This is a nice hotel set in a wooded area with very good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. Easy in/ off freeway. The room was clean and furniture was new and modern. Only complaint was shades weren’t totally room darkening and air conditioner/ heater a little on the loud side. Breakfast area was nice and breakfast was good with more options than many other hotels. Would stay again.

They gave our room key to some total strangers.
We were in our room for about 30 minutes when three strangers entered the door. My wife had just put on her clothes. This wasn't comforting, as you can imagine! Had she been alone? Had we not been in the room at all? Who knows what could have happened? This was unacceptable, and they only gave us a small discount for the two nights. Had we not been keynote speakers at a nearby church, we would have left and found another place, but that was not an option due to our time restrictions.

We were in Cleveland for a family get-together. It is an older hotel, but very clean. The elevator is a bit clunky. Very nice staff, good basic breakfast. Nice touch in the lobby - warm cookies, popcorn.
