I had a great stay!
This hotel was in a very pretty setting. It was down off the road and quite quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room comfortable and clean, and it just reinforced my decision to stay at Hampton Inns as often as possible. Their quality is always very predictable and reassuring.

We reserved wheelchair accessible room and got in and ready for bed and curtain was automated and broken so shade would not come down. So they moved us but new room was not wheel chair accessible and made it very difficult for us

Did not get the room I reserved. Reserved double queen, got a king with an uncomfortable pull out. Phone didn't work. Had to go back to front desk to get linens for pull out. Room was supposed to have frig and microwave, no microwave. Room newly remodeled and too cramped. When we checked in, the clerk at the desk said " well we have to put you on the fifth floor, we just got a new roof,so we are hoping it doesn't leak "
