I did all my arrangements online. Upon my arrival everything was ready and waiting for me. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel in downtown Cleveland was fantastic. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff was super nice and fun. They were very friendly. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Convient location with easy walk to the stadium. Only complaint is they need better windows with soundproofing. Fire station must be nearby because you heard sirens all the time and they seemed to always come down the street and turn left right before the hotel. We were on 11th floor and heard clear as day maybe higher up wouldn't hear as much.
