Absolutely exquisite room. Very well done. Staff was top notch except for the guy checking me in. I’m sure they will handle him. The staff was pretty young and they were on point except for Doogie Houser… haha I recommend the Fidelity to anyone who wants a very reasonable and old world architecture in downtown Cleveland. Rick B and the security guards were like family. The three of them made the experience like home. Beautiful job remodeling the building as well.

So everything was top notch. The pay at property service fees per guest, not included in the booking were high but in this case we got exactly what we payed for. Great location, Tiny room

Perfect location, loved the decor. The room was very small and compact for a king bed. Definitely looked bigger in the pictures. Lights above the sink mirror went out after the first night. You have to call for ice or go to the front desk for it. I do think the stay was slightly overpriced, but the service was great and everyone was friendly.

Unfortunately valet wrecked our vehicle and we have yet to be contacted by their insurance - per the hotels statements that they’d reach out in just a couple days. It’s been weeks. We haven’t received any answers and zero accountability has been taken. The hotel is beautiful. They had to come up and fix our door because it wouldn’t unlock - twice. Our friends that were also staying had the same issue. All in all, great hotel. Just make sure you watch your vehicles and hold them accountable in site if anything happens.
