Needs to improve maintenance and safety measures.
The kids enjoyed the pool, but the water was cloudy. The hotel in general seemed uncared for. The room had lots of marks on walls, doors and frayed rugs. We also became targets of a fraud scheme when someone called our room in the middle of night, claiming to be the manager and demanding that we send $200.00 through Apple Pay or security would kick us out. When we went down to the front desk they told us it was a scam and they someone staying in the hotel had targeted multiple people. The hotel found no way to warn patrons that this was happening. My kids were terrified.
