This property does not go the extra mile for its client. For rooms that are almost $200 per night I expect my suite to be spotless, no old trash behind the pullout and broken springs in couch along with not enough towels and washcloths. Furthermore the buffet was basic, no bacon, no french toast, no berries with fruit and the female cook to order lady could not speak and understand English well. Therefore, my scrambled eggs with peppers, cheese and spinach was an omelet. There is NO hottub at this location and the pool was closed early at 830pm as opposed to the 10pm time posted on the door. Lastly, the evening reception was trash, no complimentary cocktails, and the hors d'oeuvres consisted of a fruit bar, pretzels, chips and dip and cheese squares. This Embassy customer service, housekeeping and presentations need improvement bad. Saddest part is this is a very nice facility but the upkeep is not there and the service is going down hill. I had not been here in almost 5 years and was really disappointed at the change. They must have all new staff and management. Hilton HQ need to send a new staff to this location and get things cleaned up and running smoothly. I was so disappointed.
