Hotel is in perfect location. 15 minutes to Huntington Bank Field. 15 minutes to Playhouse Square, 15 minutes to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Hotel is exceptional value.

Above and beyond. Truly. No other hotel chain gives you complimentary hot food in the evening (the kickback) plus three free drinks per guest during that time! In addition to the typical complimentary breakfast. Plus this location has character and historical significance!

The check in process was quick and easy. Very, very nice people. Valet parking was quick. All employees we came into contact with were polite and professional. The room and bathroom were much bigger than anticipated. They offer free breakfast and “dinner and drinks” which was a pleasant surprise since the usual hotel we stay at in Cleveland offers neither. We would definitely stay here again.

Drury Cleveland stay
Very impressed with the hotel. Looked up the history of the building, so happy the Drury chain prevented its' demolition. Wish they were in other locations outside the US (being from Canada).

We enjoyed our stay at Drury Cleveland The building, staff, snacks and breakfast were excellent Our room was huge and very comfortable We were in downtown Cleveland for the Rock N Roll HOF Induction ceremony Downtown was packed The same weekend was the ALCS and Browns vs Bengals All hotels were sold out and I was concerned that the crowds would be overwhelming The Drury is on the edge of downtown and was so quiet Just a perfect stay

When we arrived cars were backed up in the valet, the front desk said I needed a confirmation # from Expedia which I only received a booking number & could not see the confirmation on Expedia because it only showed last 4 digits & there were no luggage carriers so we had to carry all of our stuff to our room with multiple trips to our car! There was a garbage cart in the main elevator which is how guests go to their rooms.Torally gross to be riding with an elevator full of garbage. The food was awful, hot dogs, Mac n cheese, tortilla chips, baked beans 🙈

Loved our stay, gorgeous building
The Cleveland Drury hotel is absolutely stunning. We estimated our room to have 22 ft ceilings. Massive windows let in plenty of natural light and the blackout curtains actually blacked out the room. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Beds were super comfy, great linens, AC cooled the room, fridges kept out beer ice cold, happy with supplied toiletries. Happy hour 3 drinks is greatly appreciated as are the friendly bartenders. The happy hour snacks were sufficient for dinner, so we didn’t have to go offsite after an exhausting day of sightseeing. So we spent that money later at the bar for a couple cocktails and dessert. The only area of improvement would be the restaurant menu - we figure it’s corporate as it was the same in Cleveland as in Columbus - it’s pre-prepared and/or frozen we had the pizza (which was closer to a flatbread) and wings (from frozen-affects the texture). Will definitely look for Drury properties for future trips.
