Beautiful building & good location. Room was clean except for carpet & chair. Carpet really needs a good clean as does the chair. Outside of window also very dirty. Elevator doors also need cleaned on inside. Staff, including valet, were very nice & did a great job. Thank you!

Surgery stay
My mom just had surgery and we needed to stay in town another night when she got out. This hotel was exceptional! We had a suite to relax in and they were so accommodating. Every staff member that we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Drury is the best hotel in Downtown Cleveland
If I could give the Drury more stars I would! I always stay at the Drury when in Downtown Cleveland. They are extremely friendly as well as very well organized. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
