Great Room - Unexpected Cleaning Lady!

2nd stay within 2 weeks. Nice bed and amenities. I did have the cleaning person come into my room unexpectedly at 9:00 am while I was sitting at the desk in my underwear. Checkout is 11:00 am, so that was quite a surprise!

Seriously, I have to buy a cup of coffee?!

I found it astounding that I had to pay more than Starbucks prices for a drip coffee in the morning and there was no complimentary coffee available in the lobby. This seems like the pinnacle of nickle and diming you custom for profit.
