I had no towels in my room. None. I had to ask 5 times before I got towels. the area around the hotel was an abandoned/closed mall, and overgrown grass. It felt sketchy.

It was new and therefore carpets etc were new and clean, but the elevator was broken, leaving only one that worked and the broken one was in perpetual opening closing mode for over a day. The mattress on the pull out sofa was literally falling apart. It was no longer sewn together and you could remove the top from the bottom completely leaving the stuffing exposed. When we mentioned it to staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it at that time.

Sofa bed that was advertised was a small chair with ottoman, free continental breakfast that was advertised did not exist (not even morning coffee). The restaurant inside was poor service and very expensive. The menu advertised in the elevator did not exist. Never anyone at the lobby desk to ask. For 200 a night, it was not worth it AT ALL.

After a long drive we were looking forward to relaxing at the hotel that looked great from the highway. Unfortunately, the hotel room was terrible and the phone was so staticky that the front desk was not able to hear me voice my concerns. There were no soaps or amenities at all in the bathroom and it only had 2 sets of towels for 3 people, dirty floors with large, visible garbage on the floors that housecleaning could have just picked up with their hands and, the worse - dirty, stained sheets with brown smears. Not what we were expecting from such a high priced hotel! We had to sit around and wait about and hour until the front desk decided to move us to a different room. No contact or apology from management so will not be recommending this property. So dissappointing!

My family and I really enjoyed the promptness of the staff if you had an issue. You could tell that the Hotel was a little understaffed which led to some of the unsanitary issues that we encountered and the upkeep of the facilities but all in all it was a good experience.

Clean but won’t stay here again.
Most of the hotel was in decent condition and service members were nice, except the coffee guy, who refused to sell us Starbucks coffee the first night and our entire stay. He said he didn’t want to brew coffee for one or two people and told me to come back in the morning. It wasn’t closed, he just refused to serve me. Completely unacceptable. Hope you do something so next customers are not treated like this.

Overall really good
Room was clean and comfortable. Shower had low pressure and shampoo bottle had some issues before it would open. Room was quiet, which is a big plus.
