The door to my room had some damage, and the door handle actually moved, it made it very difficult to open the door with the key card. At one point I thought I was going to have to go downstairs and ask for someone to come up and help me open the door.

Rough experience

We had to wait for a while for someone to check us in, we had to get the man’s attention to check us in. The room we were given wasn’t clean or ready to be used. The second room we couldn’t get into, the door was opened but locked by the latch. After the 3rd try we finally got into a decent room.

Room hopping

Had to change room 4 times. First 2 rooms did not have a functioning TV. Third room had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Fourth room was nice, but loud music in adjoining room.
