The room was very dirty. Sheets were very clearly unchanged. There was hair and crumbs left in the bed from the previous people. There was a dog hair all over the chairs in the living area. I was unable to stay due to the cleanliness and had to check out and book another hotel in the area. My son had an allergic reaction because of the amount of dog hair. The front desk woman was absolutely amazing and tried her best to help me. I was only refunded one day even though I was in and out in under an hour. Pass if you’re able to.

Convenient. But, Smell of weed upon entry always. Cleaning trash cans every morning at 3-5:30 am resulting in much noise from metal trash cans. Restriction of no dirty clothes in washing machines. Scheduled room to be cleaned after one week after an extended stay was purchased and house cleaning did not show.

All of the staff and the manager are very helpful and kind. Met our needs with whatever we asked. We like the kitchen-space and the desk / dinette space. Missing a light over the sink, and the office chair was stuck very low that my wife couldn’t use it. But overall a comfortable and safe accommodation, with friendly staff.

The hotel was great except for a couple of issues. The bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The mattress, nor the boxspring had a mattress protector on it to prevent infestation. I had to keep asking for washcloths because the limit seemed capped at two. Everything else was just fine.

Checking in, we weren’t told about the $100 “incidental hold” that they require until we had to sign saying we agree to. It doesn’t show that anywhere online that we could find. The room my wife and I got was clean other than the bathroom trash can that wasn’t emptied before we checked in. The ac unit that’s in the “living room” part of the room doesn’t really help the bedroom so there wasn’t much air movement when we were trying to sleep. The room was not quiet, we could hear the people in the rooms around us. The stay wasn’t horrible. But not sure if we’d stay here again

This place is a great deal if you are visiting someone in the area. The carpeting in the halls and elevators are quite worn out, but the rooms are really great with all the amenities and a super desk area.
