We were coming from out of state for a great neices wedding. We are 77. The wedding was at 3:30. To get in early to change they charged us $80. Thats bull poop. Then i get out of shower and no hair dryer. Unbelievable

We used a reception room for a family gathering. The communication and service for this event was excellent! People showed compassion and attention to detail. My husband and I stayed in a suite that was perfect for our trip. The bed was very comfortable. The WIFI is spotty at times however, so that was a little frustrating. We had to ask repeatedly for room service, as we had a 5 night stay. The housekeeping staff were excellent. The breakfast bar ran out of eggs twice, and the cost was a bit high for what we got, but it was convenient and the food was good.
