It was horrible. The "master suite" was tiny, there was no jacuzzi in the hotel, though its advertised. The pool was a literal 3 feet deep.. im not exaggerating..the master suite jacuzzi tub was out of service and the only breakfast served was one you had to pay for. Nothing advertised was correct. A complete ripoff. Not worth it. Oh! And how could i forget..the sheets were dirty. It was disgusting. 0 stars. Don't go here. Don't book with hotels.com. it's a waste of money. Id rather light my money on fire than pay for another stay here. EW.

The only things that I didn't like about this hotel are, 1) Our shower had a slow drain, which was annoying. 2) I wish they wouldhave offered a free hot breakfast.

Great location but rooms need tlc

The bar and reception area look great. But once you go to your room (3rd floor l) there is signs of decay lack of maintenance. No ice or vending machines. Carpet in the room was extremely dirty, stained and sticky. Couch was stained and wallpaper coming off in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the only reason why we stayed the night

We stayed for 2 nights. We got in late and went straight to bed. Took showers and drank coffee in the room the next morning. We were gone all day. When we got back to the room we found it exactly like we left it. No clean towels, no coffee or cups and no water. For the cost of the room i would expect the room to be at least replenished if not completely cleaned each day. I pre registered, my card was charged. Upon checking in i said that I pre registered. The lady at the front desk said she needed to run my card for incidentals. Nope she charged the entire amount to my card again. Because there were two exact. charges my bank put a fraud alert on my card, so I couldn't use my card the entire trip. They would not refund the money until I checked out and then it would take 3-4 to process and then however long it takes my bank. When I brought it to their attention they acted like it was no big deal! Umm excuse me I am 9 1/2 hours away from home with no card and headed to a cashless venue! No apologies or compensation given.

Not the best. The ratings will tell you otherwise but I’m gonna tell you not the best. It’s old. It’s dirty. The Wi-Fi is absolutely dreadful. If you think you’re gonna come here and do business and make video calls and join on Zoom then I have another thing to tell you. You’re gonna have to go down to the lobby and join their conference room and sit there in one small corner so you can get a connection that is actually worthwhile. The window in my room had a one curtain for a double window. Didn’t cut all the light. It’s fine in a pinch and the surroundings had a lot of restaurants and things to do. But the hotel just no attention to detail
