One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Great location, hotel in good shape, excellent rooms and facilities. Staff were amazing - especially Alexis who helped with lots of random questions and chatted and enquired about my stay like she’d known me for years. 11/10 all round.

Dog barking all night
We were in town for medical reasons. My daughter has many chronic illnesses. There was a dog on the floor barking all night and we were not able to get sleep. I tried to turn the fan on high on air conditioning and it would not work. Our phone in the room was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk about the barking. The manager shared that he credited some points to my account.

Loved the large modern rooms, large tv and sink separate from the toilet shower area. The lobby is filled with games, pool table , sports on tv. Fabulous small gathering lounge areas. Outdoor fire place a plus.

As I was sleeping in my bed I felt something in the bed. I pulled back the sheets and there was a pair of socks. The bed had not been cleaned and I was sleeping in a dirty bed.
