I reserved a non-smoking room. Arrived at 5:30 PM on the day of the reservation and was told they did not have a non-smoking room. After driving three hours, my only choice was to take the smoking room. When I went into the room, the bedsheets were completely nasty on both sides, the Coat closet rack was on the floor and off of the wall. So no place to hang up your clothes, the TV was plugged into an extension cord that was running all the way across the room and across the bathroom sink blocking access to the bathroom sink. This room should have been completely taken out of service. When I called the front desk the rude b*** said there was nothing she could do about it because it had been 30 minutes since I checked in Which it had not been. It had only been about 10 minutes which only allowed me enough time to check the room to see what all was wrong with it. She refused to do anything about it. The property is completely nasty and I literally had to leave the room at midnight because the smell in the room made me gag. I will never stay at this property again and I would recommend anyone even considering it to just drive on down the road and go someplace else this place appears to have bedbugs also!
My room was a joke but it worked for a quick overnight stay. The sockets on the north wall did not work, they actually ran a extension cord with duct tape from the sink area to power the tv, microwave and refrigerator, the smoke detector had a bag over it, the bath tub constantly leaked water and the door knob to the bathroom was broken. This was in room 106

I was not allowed to stay after their site said they were pet friendly and they refused service due to the factor that I booked with hotels.com hotels.com shows that this hotel is pet friendly in the descriptions as I entered into the building it has a sign that it says they're not pet friendly and that they do not refund any money and that is my problem after I advise them to show them that on their site online it says in the descriptions that they are pet friendly they told me basically that they will not escalate the problem to upper management and they do not care that I need to reread the sun they will not help me out or refund so yeah be aware of this place for false advertisement as they are very not helpful when it comes to understanding when you book an appointment they need to honor it they don't believe in honoring anything I had to go find another hotel after 10 hours behind the wheel with both of my fur babies to only get into an accident almost thank God it was avoided but my car hauler got damaged now if I would have been able to stay at the hotel that I booked at that time of night none of that would have even happened so yeah highly highly recommend do not ever stay at this place if you have pets

Overall, a good value. The room had a few issues. The smoke detector was open with no battery. The mini fridge was plugged in across the sink area and the cord was a tripping hazard. The light switch did not work and 2 fixtures were either missing bulbs or burnt out. The bed did not have a bedspread and the 3 pillow were extremely lumpy. The room was clean and bedding & towels were very soft. They staff was pleasant.
This place was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I called in advance to make sure there wouldn’t be an issue with my ESA and they said it was ok. We stayed two nights and went to stay another and they wouldn’t let my husband get into our room. My dog didn’t do anything wrong at all. The owner followed me through the parking lot yelling at me.
I wasn't comfortable with the owner or managers son trying to call me at the room phone, to see if he could come to my room to celebrate my b-day with me.
Sheets were stained, there was a cord running from the sink to the tv that was help up by tape, the tub was in bad shape. It wasn't what I was expecting for sure when I walked in to the room.
Beware of this hotel. We stopped to check in and just drop off our bags before leaving to a state park. On a quick run to the restroom I saw the tub had rust and dirt, but thought it wasn't much, so we left. Upon returning, the room felt humid and warm even though the AC was on. The floor looked damp and when my daughter took off her shoes she said it felt wet. I took a hand towel to see if it was wet and the towel turned filthy brown, as if I was mopping. There also weren't enough bath towels even though I specified the amount of guests upon booking, so I had to call the front office for some. At first the night employee told me they were all in the washer but then called me back to tell me he had an extra one. I told him about the dirty floor but he seemed hesitant to believe me so I had to show him a picture. Upon further inspecting the room I found mold on the bedsheets and called again to say I wouldn't stay for a second night with my young children. I'm glad that at least I didn't have an issue with check out and they refunded the price for the second night without a hassle. It's the least they could do, honestly. It's too bad because this hotel has such much potential with a great location and a pool that just needs to be fixed, but it's evident owners and management are not invested.
Where to start? No smoke detector, chain was ripped off the door, floors made our feet black, the TV was zoomed in to the top left quarter of the screen making it unwatchable, no USB charging ports. We asked for a different room and were told there were none available. I looked on Experian and Wyndham’s websites and both showed 5 of our type of room available. When I pointed this out to the front desk clerk he told me I had to request a different room within one hour of check-in. I told him I wanted a different room because we weren’t comfortable with the door not having a secondary lock and the room didn’t even meet fire code. He texted his manager and after over an hour he gave us a different room. We finally got into the new room at 10:15pm and this one didn’t have a smoke detector either. The TV had lines running top to bottom, but at least we could see the entire screen. No clue how this place had a 7.0 review score. I understand you get what you pay for, but the room should at least be safe to sleep in.

The one thing I didn't like is that they're not pet friendly unless your animal is a service animal and then they want to charge $200 for a cleaning fee that is uncalled for and no need I have three service animals that needs to be changed y'all need to be pet friendly like everybody else
