Dirty room, white stains on couch. Crayon on walls. Room was disgusting. Stayed in 2 other rooms during my week visit that are better. I checked out early since they would not move me rooms.

Everything was great except for the elevator it was not working properly they need to fix it because it would shake before the door would open. Not safe.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but our room was somewhat disgusting. The tv remote didn’t operate properly. The power button and the volume button didn’t work. Informed the front desk and they just changed out the batteries. Still didn’t work. The sheer curtain was torn. The vents in the AC unit and bathroom were filthy. The furniture in there was dirty and had huge spots which looked like oil. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Easy check in at 11:20 am just minutes after previous guests therefore was delighted I was able to check in and take a comfortable nap after having 3 early appointments.

Customer service was not the best when we first arrived to check in no one was at the desk had to wait then finally someone came to tell good luck if I can get you checked in, system is been down all day. So what know? I don’t know she replied let’s see if I can get you in. She then just proceeded to hand me the key and said I will finish checking you in later. At check out lady at front desk saw me approaching the desk and left. Took her more than 5 minutes to come back to ask what I needed. Horrible customer service. Rooms are not as clean, carpet needs to be replaced or a deep clean it smells bad full of stains. I will not stay there unless it’s my last resource.
