Don’t recommend
This hotel has really gone down hill. The rooms were not very clean and the outside of the building was dirty and trash laying around. The staff sat behind the counter and didn’t put any efforts into sweeping floors, etc.

clean, but weird bed
It was clean. Location was good. I went to the front desk to ask a question about vending, and no one was there. I stood there until my husband unloaded all of our luggage and needed the key to get back into the room, and no one ever came to the desk, so I just walked the halls looking for vending. Never found any and never saw a front desk worker. Not a big deal, I'm sure she was busy somewhere else. We had no trouble checking in or anything. Nothing negative against the attendant. Seemingly, she was working alone. The bed was unlike anything I had ever slept on, and not in a good way. It was like a memory foam on a plyboard on springs. Seriously reminded me of a padded wrestling rink. lol Lots of light in the room, like most hotels. I'm glad the parking lot is well lit, but I like it better when there's good blackout curtains. I will not choose this hotel again simply because of the bed. The 3 things I care about are cleanliness, bed comfort, and dark room. This hotel wins for cleanliness only.

Bathroom definitely needs an update. Caulk around the baseboards and tub area is chipped and looks very dingy. Breakfast area is very small; can only sit a minimum of people.

There was human excrement on the floor in the public restroom, which my 2 yo stepped in. The room we stayed in had 2 queen beds. I tucked my kids into one of the queen beds, and I immediately noticed 3 small roaches begin crawling on the top blanket. And lastly, there was no milk during the breakfast. It took the attendant 20 minutes to refill the milk carafe. The facility was just filthy overall.

Decent hotel, perfect for passing through
Decent room for an overnight stay. Had a suite room, but not sheets are pillows for the sleeper. Had to track down the front staff late in the evening. They were nice and took care of it.

No pool or hot tub. Room was warm and the filters for ac unit was clogged. Our shower was disgusting and had to clean what we could before use. Our bed covers were stained. Crumbs all over the floor. My step son killed a cockroach by the elevator. Our family rented three rooms and they all had same complaints. The free breakfast had a scoop of eggs left, no sausage and no biscuits. The milk was chunky and watery in the fridge. Other than that it was a great stay

Computer system down. Wouldn’t take my receipt from Expedia that showed I paid. Wanted to write my credit card numbers down. Bathroom smelled like mildew. Floor had dips and “sink holes” in it. Door knobs on bathroom door did not fit (were the wrong size). Will not stay in this hotel again.
