Room had mismatched glasses, sink and shower held water. Showered in 1/2 inch of water even after telling the front desk who said they would fix it. Comforter was very heavy and uncomfortable. Previous Wine stain on area rug. No exhaust fan in bathroom! Housekeeping came in on second day to leave chocolate but didn’t remove towels on floor or take garbage from cans. Restaurant was average. Very expensive room charge for uncomfortable 3 day stay. Check out person could care less. We wont be back and our friends and family will be informed. Not four star worthy! More like three star.

It was amazing. The hotel was well maintained and clean. However I saw some bugs maybe spider and spider webs and dust on furnitures. Other then that we had good time

Loved the outdoor seating area right on the water! The hotel was clean and comfortable but did have a slight fishy smell. It was mainly in the reception area which is right next to the restaurant so that is probably why but didn't love the smell walking in. I also would not suggest the restaurant. My girlfriend and I both agreed our meals were Meh and expensive. Walk to the town and find a place there. Positives - great location to the town, large comfy rooms, restaurant and bar right in the hotel. I am not a drinker but if you are it's a nice view to sit and have cocktails Negatives - slight smell in reception area, restaurant so so, not a ton of food options in town if you'd like to be somewhat healthy

The facility was very nice. The grounds and location were wonderful. For some reason they played music outside with in ground speakers all day long. The music itself wasn't bad but I couldn't go anywhere without hearing it. Even in our room if we had the slider open to the balcony. We had to turn our TV up louder to hear it. The music usually was turned off by 10pm. The morning coffee was on each floor which made it very convenient. Our TV was broken when we arrived. We told them about it in the morning and they had it fixed before we returned from sightseeing. Wonderful staff. Sarah in the restaurant was very accommodating and pleasant.

Everytime we left the hotel room we would come back to find that someone was in our room (outside of the normal cleaning crew) we got back from lunch, and our toilet was taken apart which I had to put back together because their "maintenance guy had already left for the day". We came back from dinner and someone had been in for evening turn down and they decided to leave a present for us in the toilet with toilet paper hanging off of the rim. We locked the door the rest of the night and checked out as early as we could the next morning. Its a shame becuase the hotel is very nice. If someone is going in and out of your room outside of what is expected THE GUEST SHOULD BE CONTACTED, WE HAD CASH AND JEWELRY IN THE ROOM!!

This property is beautiful! It has great views, friendly knowledgeable staff, super clean facilities and the grounds are very well kept. The Seaway Grille located on premises serves delicious meals and their staff is super friendly as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel! It is a little pricey but splurging once in awhile doesn't hurt.

Too noisy, front desk couldn't careless of your issues, over priced. Property had cob webs in balconies and all over the property were live spider and webs!! Had to ask to change rooms because of loud music and was charged for river view when we got parking lot view!! No one cared, no manager on duty!!

We loved being on the St. Lawrence river with the nstural beauty. Our room was a river view. The only negative comment we have was thw windows were dirty. Which took away from view. Otherwise the experience was 10/10
