This hotel is clean but it is loud. You can hear every door slam, walking, talking and rolling items in the hall. We heard the alarm clock in the next room. Its just not a quite place. A few of the staff were amazing. Head maint.person was quick to fix our broken microwave & the chef/breakfest server was polite & kind every morning! BUT not the case with the front clerks. I was not greeted when I arrived for check in. Waited aprox 5 mins before i was direcrly spoken to and the first statement was: Name? I will add that that same staff member was very helpful the next morning!The night clerk (1st night) was absolutly horrible!!! He posesses zero customer service skills. We had an issue with barking dogs on our floor that woke us up. Went on for 25 mins. The clerk should have advised us as to how he was handling the situation (we were not the only ones to complain, it effected quite a few that night). Instead, thing like: Go back to your room, i dont have to talk with you, I have guest at the front desk, what am i suppose to do, and go back to your room or i will lock your room card, call the cop and have you removed. Never have we been threatened for requesting a solution to a noise problem so we could sleep at a hotel we were paying for. The next morning the manager was contacted & we were offered compensation for the night.

There were blood stains on the drapes and both pet & human hair on the inner portion of my blanket AND sheets. Because of this, I ended up checking out 12 hours early. Will def look for other options prior to this location upon my next visit

We stayed here because it was pet friendly... at a reasonable rate. The check-in was easy. The gentleman running the breakfast was right on top of everything, and was very friendly. We will look at LaQuinta inn again.

The room and and hotel in general was ok the breakfast in the morning sucked no meat just eggs and waffles or muffins and after I checked out they changed my card for damages that were false and once I called and asked what damages was done they didn't find any and refunded it but if I would not have caught it on my card they would not have even looked more have me my money back so watch out for them charging you for damages that did not occur
