I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was almost given a room with 1 king. I was traveling with my adult son… not quite in cuddling phase anymore. The bathroom door was also broken. The latch wouldn’t stay closed. We did mention that when we left. But it gave us a good nights sleep! That’s all we needed after a long drive there.
We had a good stay. Got there at 11:30pm. Was surprised to be asked for a deposit on the room after I paid when booking. The man told me it was the owners policy. I was refunded within 5 days but still didn't like to have the unknown charge. The room was nice comfortable bed. Clean. Clean bathroom but older room. It was right next to the office so it was loud in the morning. Breakfast was included with just the basics. To add, the huge sign that says Days Inn had the lights blown so it was hard to find. Especially if you are unfamiliar with the area.

I paid for a non-smoking room and my room smelled of cigarettes. My neighbor's were loud and rowdy. The downstairs was filled with barrels of chemicals. And there were garage cans everywhere as well.
The hotel itself wasn’t bad. I’ve stayed here before. I’m rating the stay so bad mainly in hopes to get someone’s attention and have them reach out. I’ve called many times and have been unable to get anyone to answer the phone.
I paid $88.11 for my stay through hotels.com ahead of my trip. Got there and they told me a $50 incidental fee was charged and would be returned after stay. Which is fine, it’s normal and I’ve stayed here before a few times with no issues. So I agreed. They didn’t charge my card $50, they charged $65.85. At the time I just rolled with it and figured it was just gonna drop off like the other times. Well it didn’t drop off and actually cleared the bank and processed. In the past here and other hotels those type of charges stay pending and just drop off over 5-7 days typically. So for this one to actually clear that means it’s not gonna “drop off” and will need a refund processed. Bank confirmed it cleared and isn’t pending. I can show proof from bank.
I’ve called multiple times to the hotel and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Which is disappointing and surprising given they have always seemed friendly when I’ve stayed they.
If someone will reach out and talk to me and get the extra $66 refunded to me, then I’ll gladly remove / change this feedback. I just want to get it resolved is all.
Easy check-in. No elevator, so if you have luggage ask for a first floor room. GREAT bed! GREAT lighting! GREAT tv! And a sink that doesn't back up. Clean room, larger mini- fridge. A spare blanket would have been nice. Good shower, quiet heater. OK breakfast - good biscuits and gravy, but no eggs or meat. Fresh whole or 2% milk for my fruit loops. Overall this is one of the best budget ($80) hotels I've ever stayed at, and I highly recommend it!

The maid walked in on us at 8:00 in the morning. The room was ok but the outside needs some cleaning.
