Hotel Staff was nice and friendly except for the restaurant staff which didn’t look like they wanted to be working there. Rooms were kept clean and it’s quiet during the night. The rooms are very spacious and include a fridge and a coffee make (which was dirty). If you want to iron you need to leave and ID at the front desk, no microwave in the room. Hotel windows and elevator were dirty as well as the pool which we did not use. Restaurant food is ok but the servings are small and you can only be served once during your “courtesy” breakfast. My wife found a hair in the beans we were served, not once but twice on two separate days to which the staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or try to make up for it in any way. Hotel facilities look a bit old and out of shape. The small store inside the hotel has a lot to offer for such a small establishment. It’s ok for availability and price but I would rather stay somewhere else next time.

Venimos a Juárez al consulado americano , el hotel está cerca y cerca de un centro comercial, transportación gratis al consulado y a los exámenes médicos, tiene desayuno gratis , sencillo pero rico, en general fue una buena opción y lo q si el servicio en general es muy bueno todos siempre muy atentos , estoy complacido con mi elección , obvio hay mejores al rededor pero el precio también sube con la calidad
