Nasty pest control needed asap

Roaches everywhere in the bed the tub the fridge the walls and it smelled like musty man balls that had not been washed in years the lady at front desk offered to spray air freshener and I went angle bought some and it didn’t help! She let us look at the room before hand and asked me if we were sure we wanted to stay there which was weird never been asked that before and I had already paid for my room online I was traveling from Baltimore to Ohio and back to Baltimore in a 24 hour period just needed a few hours rest she made it clear no refunds and no smoking but all I smelled was cigarette smoke in the room s around mine

I called the clerk to make them aware I was going to be extremely late checking in. When I arrived I attempted to check in and no one would answer the service line. I've never been treated like this in all of my life. Do better!

We had a pet; at the check in we were told we needed a deposit and it would be returned at the end of stay; at the end of the stay o was told they would be keeping the deposit for a pet fee; then I was charged a portion of money for the days we stayed.

I did not stay, I was advised per staff at check in to look at my room prior to check in and then I didnt stay. The walls were dirty, the light sockets were exposed and dangerous if touched. The restroom has some sort of flies in there. Was not a stay able place for overnight, I requested a refund on the charge and the hotel stated I would have to contact expedia. Can anyone help me with this? When I arrived there were police onsite, this was unsettling and the hallways smelled of urine.

Waited for 45 minutes for check in. The room was not clean and it had very bad smell. Blanket and fellow had very bad smell. There was no way otherwise I will never stay in this kind of hotel.
