FANTASTIC and very helpful check in staff. Kudos to them. Made me feel welcome. Nice clean comfy hotel. Wish there was dining nearby. Area was not the safest.

I always sanitize hotel rooms before I unpack my belongings. I cleaned the toilet seat and the wipes were dirty after cleaning them. Basement like smell in my room. There were clumps of dust under the heater system in the room. I was awakened by loud house keeping conversations in the hallway. The bed slept comfortably though.

Nice place close to UC. Convenient parking, quiet, spacious rooms and good breakfast. Only complaint is the minimum TV volume was very loud with no way to turn down and TV channels were also not accurate (the channel/show displayed didn’t match the actual show playing).
