No clean towels

They didn’t have towels at the pool. When asked for towels we were told that housekeeping was closed and we couldn’t get any towels. We had to use our room towels.

Property was in an excellent location. Everything was great except that my room had a lot of lady bugs in it, mainly in the window area. They are supposed to be good luck so i didn't let the front desk know until i was leaving lol.
