STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

Absolutely disgusting place. I wouldn’t ever recommend someone to stay here. It’s not clean & the staff is rude as can be. The sheets had nasty stains and there was slim Jim wrappers in the sheets. It smelled like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in the room also…. I will never ever ever ever stay at another red roof inn and I wouldn’t want anybody to experience this.

The pool was closed and never put up notification of that fact on website. The common areas were not cleaned regularly. I was there for 5 days and my room was never cleaned nor was asked for service. The air condition/heater fan was extremely loud and obnoxious.

The room was fine but the place just reaked of marijuana. Even though I’m pleased with the room, location and price, I will not return to this hotel. That odor is disgusting.

Pay the extra $30 & stay elsewhere

Read reviews prior to coming but guess I didn’t do enough “homework” Staff were friendly but not helpful. Upon entering our room, we had bugs all over the floor. I couldn’t tell if small roaches or what type of bugs… but they were everywhere. Might have also had mouse droppings. One of our queen beds had dirty sheets with what appeared to also be bugs. Couldn’t call front desk as room phone was broken- called using my cell- asked front if someone could come sweep/damp mop floors bc of bugs and also asked for someone to re make bed w/ clean sheets. “House keeping is gone for the day”- no apologies or remedies. I had to request all new bedding and ended up taking a bath towel and hot water from tub to mop floor & clean up bugs. Hotel allows smoking and pets.. so it smelled terrible. No water, or coffee in the am- would not stay again.

U get what u pay for.

Everyone that helped us was amazing. The checkin process was smooth. Receptionist was friendly. And when we needed towels they helped us out. But the hotel needs a very deep clean. The rooms have wood floors and under desk in room was very sticky. Stairs were gross and needed a deep carpet cleaning, windows were dirty, phone was so gross. Room smelled weird upon entrance.
