Overall wasn't bad, but the floor was nasty and the towels had stuff stuck to them when they were supposed to be clean. We brought our own towels thankfully. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good.

Check in was a breeze. Desk person very nice. Parking was good, on site. Our room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. We were staying overnight for a surgery the next day. Was it perfect? No. Could use some updating here and there. The was an odor in the lobby area. May have been an air freshner that wasn't a scent I liked. All in all great for what wee needed.

This place was renovated from a 1980’s dump into whatever is is nowadays. It is impossible to find the phone number for the desk here. There is A Whitecastle Nextdoor so that is good

Terrific property right off the expressway only minutes from the children’s hospital and the zoo, which we both visited. Plenty of fast food options and other dining options. Very kind and friendly staff. Breakfast had less options than other continental breakfast but otherwise really happy with our stay.
