Impossible to get a decent nights sleep.

Check in and check out took more time than seemed necessary. The other guests were so loud that the police were called at 4am. Once the police left they were still really loud. I sent a message to the staff around 430am and nothing was done. We were finally so angry by 530am we just left.

Property was fine and I guess you get what you pay for. Loud fridge, dirty room including a bedspread and sheets with stains. We were there one night only so we didn’t really mind. Front desk person was nice. We arrived late and he was very helpful and fast. No elevator in this hotel

They sent a text for pre-check in and that made the check-in was fast! The clerk was warm, inviting, and friendly. The hotel was clean, the room was fantasticly clean and fresh. The breakfast area is small but clean. The breakfast was a choice of cereal, a bagel, or a pre-wrapped muffin, coffee, orange and apple juice.

Nothing Fancy as far as Microtels Go…

Room did the trick for a quick overnight stop. Beds were fairly comfortable and room was clean. Facilities (rooms and hallways) need updating and were showing their age. With nearby hotels of Hampton Inn and Tru Hotel on either side of it being more modernized inside and out, it could really use a refresh to keep people coming in (other hotels were much busier even though they were twice the price comparatively). Microtels are usually a great bargain find; this one wasn’t quite measuring up to that status.

The staff here was great although I wished their breakfast options were better and wished they had flavored creamer. They are upgrading the property as you can see the new ac units by the ice machine. We were 1 mile away from Kings Island which is great. We would definitely stay here again!.
