The staff was so wonderful and accommodating to us with a senior dog on hospice care. The rooms were beautiful and I will definitely stay here again

As always the staff was super friendly breakfast was always good in the morning hot breakfast is fully handicap accessible and something for everybody for the breakfast menu the only downfall was at the pool was kind of not clean they had a really big weekend for the taste of Cincinnati so you can tell by the pool cleanliness also if you ever need the pool to be warmer just ask maintenance to turn up the heat in the room because it makes the Jets shoot out hot water into the pool and that's how they control the heated pool there's a new young lady at the first the front desk she was not very kind or very knowledgeable but everyone else on staff was amazing

Holiday weeeked

While the front desk (2 different people) were genuinely friendly and good at their job, they were understaffed. We stayed on a weekend and it was a holiday weekend. Our air conditioner was noisey. The breakfast was ok on Sunday, but monday we had to go out for breakfast because the cases were empty and the pancake machine had broken. The linens felt clean and the pool area would have been nicer if it was warmer and the garage doors could've been open, it was wild in there and loud woth the amount of people. For the price it was ok, but we probably wouldn't stay there again.

The room was clean, but dated. Our tub had cracks and soft spots leaving us to wonder if water was leaking below us. Breakfast was minimal for what we are typically offered at a free breakfast. Just eggs, sausage, a few bagels and yogurt.
