The whole first floor smelled like Mary Jane. The room next to me was partying all night. Also our favorite part of breakfast the pancake maker was broken. When we got to our room everything was unplugged which we thought was weird but we plugged it back and it was fine. It was clean and staff was very nice! Breakfast wasnt bad just missing some good stuff.

The hotel is a convenient location, walking distance to our venue, Sharonville Convention Center. The facility and rooms are very clean and fresh smelling. The breakfast menu has a variety of delicious foods. All the staff members are very pleasant and helpful.

We chose this property for the indoor heated salt-water pool over other options. The pool was cold, the heater either wasn't working or they did not turn it on. The water was too uncomfortable for relaxing in it. We requested a few times that the heat be turned up. Nothing was done. There were kids that didn't care, of course, and jumped in. But we would have chosen some place else if we knew we would not use the pool. Also noisy when we were trying to sleep late at night. We were disappointed with our choice to stay there.

There are a lot of dining/shopping options in the area without having to jump back on the freeway. I took backroads and the neighborhoods are nice. I would definitely stay here again.
