Good location next to highway. Staff was above and beyond expectations! I asked for extra towels and they were drying and the front desk guy said if I come back he will have them ready for me and he did. Id give it a better rating if the pool was heated for amenities if the pool was heated. It was cold, but we toughed it out. The front desk said they have a heater ordered and I said I would definitely stay again when they get a new one. Food was great for breakfast. Waffles, Sausage, eggs, salsa, sour cream, cereal, yogurt, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, O.J., Coffee and tea. The only thing I could say is I wish they had water as well for breakfast even if it was a water container to put in a cup. Rooms were very clean, secure, and ice machine on the floor we stayed on. The staff was amazing and let me know about the vicinity when I had questions about it. I will definitely stay here again when they get there pool heater in. 😊

I didn't like the pool closing at 8p, when traveling for sports Event and spending all day at a basketball gym, just wanted to go back to hotel and swim but they closed pool very early.

The property looked run down driving in, the lobby looked nice, the room at first glance looked normal, the window was dingy wouldn’t latch, the bed had a stained blanket and didn’t have that washed smell now that I’m thinking of it so maybe it wasn’t stained but actually used, the bathroom door didn’t latch, the shower didn’t fully work properly, the ceiling in the shower looked like it had mold spots and plaster peeling off, they came into the room while we were gone didn’t make the bed or throw the garbage out but took a few towels, put a few travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash back out didn’t replace the towels they took. The pool was freezing the heater was out, only could enter the pool from one door because the other was locked with a bike lock. The gym had broken equipment.Tried to speak to someone about the issues and was informed they couldn’t do anything about it I’d have to speak to a manager that conveniently wasn’t there.

I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels. My price was reasonable. I have never had to pay 150.00 deposit for possible problems. Usually I just offer a credit card and that's it. Also I had to sign something and did not get a copy of. Internet: no Internet password provided. I was told immediately in a text you don't need a password but I clearly do and I have a feeling that all messages were automated.

Nice facility that is updated; room was clean. But having some unpleasant experiences that has lowered my grading. We had no hot water and they could not fix or get another room. Pool was too cold and not swimmable, even for my kids. They mentioned pool heater was down but even for indoor pool it was unbearable cold. Vomit was also in a bathroom sink in main bathroom lobby. I feel these are more circumstantial conditions that we unfortunately experienced and were not readily attended too.
