We were only there a couple hours before we left. It was a complete party hotel. Liitle kids were running everywhere and kept prank knocking on our door. I get it and kids will be kids. I went outside to get something out of my truck and some random drunk girl just jumped into my truck. Very bizarre. Once i came back inside i started noticing how intoxicated the people where everywhere. There was a party going on every floor. Once i spent about 20 minutes in the room, i killed a couple small roaches. Once i moved things around in the bathroom, i noticed many roaches. I took a couple roaches i killed down to the front desk and let them know we were leaving immediately due to hygiene and security reasons. The guy at the front desk said we would not be charged. Im hoping to see these charges that are on my credit card now from this place go away. Sad part is, we syayed with this company the night before in Atlanta area and it was good. So sad it was not this time.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and nice clean rooms. One miner issue was pool heater either didn’t work or wasn’t turned on. So grandkids didn’t enjoy swimming. But other than that nice hotel and I’d stay there again.

We got woken up at 3am because we could hear the staff knocking on other rooms. This went on for hours. You can hear everything outside the windows while in the room. Along everything in the hallway. The walls are thin you can hear everything going on in the room next to you. The bathroom had mold and the tub was filthy. The room key stopped working and had to be reset every day we were there. Breakfast was open at 7am like they said. The bed was uncomfortable and their pillows are very small.

The hotel is really nice. Has a very nice setting all around. The pool area was really cold like freezing and so was the water. And when you alerted the staff they just keep smiling and laughing. We had roaches in our room dead and alive. Other than that the place is really nice I won’t lie.
