Place was a little dirty try Hampton next door

My reservation that was prepaid was canceled when I got there!!!! Had to rebook it ! I am going to be refunded but had to call and I have found the app does not sink with hotels.com on line

Love love love it!!! From the friendly staff to the adorable decor. This hotel was made kids and the young at heart. I was in a WKRP in Cincinnati decorated room. Just wonderfully decorated, clean, loved the view of the courtyard! My son goes to Children’s Hospital so we will stay here then as well.

For the price of the rooms it seems a complimentary breakfast should be offered. Beds good, rooms very clean. Not real impressed with room decor, over the top.No swimming pool.

Whimsical hotel near UC and the zoo

A whimsical, modern and comfortable place to stay near UC and the zoo. Can walk to campus and the zoo and there is a cafe for morning food and coffee and a bar for evening food and drink. Staff can be a bit hit or miss but generally highly recommend this Graduate location.

Not too bad

The room was clean, we did find the bathroom floor dirty with hairs on the floor. That made things a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, guest service was very nice and helpful.Overall a nice place to visit.

Great front desk staff. Fantastic atmosphere. Not considered for the hotel rating but wanted to note this. Our only complaint was the restaurant bar staff. We tried getting drinks and an appetizer two separate times. First time we were ignored and decided not to wait after 10 minutes.
