I was was called a B**** by the front desk women. I tried to find out who the affiliated mother company so I could complain. Of course, I was unsuccessful.

Such a Filthy, Rundown and Unwelcoming Hotel
This place was an absolute mess. The main staff associate was incredibly rude, demanded $75 cash before she gave us our key. We were NEVER notified of this required charge. Beyond this our room was filthy and our comforter had blood/excrement stains all over it. Pool was freezing and extremely cloudy. Whirlpool was broke. No hot coffee in the lobby. No housekeeping came to our room to change sheets/replenish towels or empty trash during our (2) day stay. Only (1) working ice machine for four floors. Had to have maintenance come in because there were only (3) channels. They never even took the garbage left outside our door. The elevator smelled of both cigarettes, weed and had vomit on it's carpeted floor. We had to bring our dirty towels to the front desk before they would give us new ones. Even the bandwith for the Wifi was insufficient. We had door keys for our room but they did not work for the pool or exercise room. If we wanted to get in, she would give us her personal key and tell us bring it back to me now. They did not even have water to purchase, only overpriced pop and energy drinks. I should have taken photos to provide you with actual evidence of the circumstances. We will never come back and are contacting you today to request a full refund for this nightmare of a hotel stay. Horribly disappointing. Thank you, Ms. Erin McEntee

Unsafe and unacceptable
This property was absolutely unacceptable. My sister and I felt unsafe in the room, so we left within in an hour of arriving. The door didn't lock, there were blood stains on the carpet and the beds, several of the fixtures were broken, the shower was rusty - I could go on. As we left, the desk clerk told us that he would refund the money for my stay, since the room was completely unacceptable and we did not stay - but this was five days ago, and I haven't seen a refund yet. At this point, I don't expect to.

Not for me.
I was disappointed. They put a holding on your credit card for $75. There was no warning that they do that kinda practice. Room was okay. The bed was extremely soft as well as the pillows. Not good for me. I called about the t.v and they told me to do a search for channels. I did it and still wasn't working. No breakfast. The room looks run down.

Great trip, nice rooms.
We read several bad reviews and were a bit skeptical but needed a inexpensive place to stay while intown for the Cincinnati Open. This was a great place to stay! rooms clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, it was close to restaurants and stores. Overall a good choice.

The room fit my needs, although I do like room service, which isn't part of the offerings.Those at the front desk were accommodating. I read when I selected the hotel that there was a light breakfast...but I was corrected.

HORRIBLE!
Poor room condition. Bad smell the moment got inside. Useless WIFI. No hand dryer. Just one soap available to be used for bathroom and wash basin. As if all this wasn't enough, front desk called my cell to inform that i will be charged extra if i checked out 30 mins late. The lady doesn't know how to talk to customers and knows nothing about customer service. I'm a frequent traveler - even Marriott doesn't talk like this about late check out.

Mold. There is just too much mold. It's everywhere. From an aesthetic point, ignoreing the mold, the rooms would be nice. Also, the price is low... But again, the mold is everywhere. Very strong mold smell as soon as I entered the room. Immediate coughing, eye itching, stuffy nose. Look at the AC units from the outside and you can see mold stains in everyone.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and it felt like I was in an expensive hotel but only paid $80. A steal! 3 beds, 2 tvs and 2 sinks with a mini fridge. The staff was really friendly. We did get a morning call from the front desk but missed it.

Dirty, lacking basic amenities, and unsafe. The room wasnt clean. Mold in the shower, the 4th floor ice maker doesnt work, so we had to go down to the 3rd floor, but there was mold in the 3rd floor ice maker. Lots of people hanging around the parking lot and police activity in the building. The exterior doors do not lock. The 1st night, the parking lot lights were not working. We had to ask for towels, and the front desk staff was resistant to provode them. They also tried giving us green tea instead of coffee and then gave decaf when asked again. Doesnt matter, because the coffee maker was filthy, so we had to drive elsewhere to get coffee. The shower has very little water pressure.

Absolutely disgusting. A health inspection would get this place shut down. It smells terrible. I got to my room and it smelled even worse. I couldn't breath. It turns out there was red mold and mushrooms gorwing in the corner of the room. I left immediately and stayed elsewhere. Don't let the price fool you. It is not worth it.

When I tried to check in the lady at the front desk stated that there wasn’t a room listed in my name. I showed her my confirmation from hotels.com and she stated they don’t go by that. She was very rude and gave me the impression she didn’t want my business. I would not recommend this hotel.
