Service was terrible. We were given two towels and two cups for two adults and two children and when we requested more they were not given to us. I expected much better service from a Hyatt. The hot water was mostly gone in the morning.

The property is great. However, the restaurant was a mess. We waiting over an hour and still didn’t get seated when they said it would be 20 minutes. I watched one family wait over an hour and then they were told they would not be seated because they were shutting down the kitchen.
