The property disnt have our room ready till 745 pm. Manager's do not help the others staff. One of the elevators was down for over 10 days.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel common areas, breakfast bar, and room were very clean. We loved this part of our stay! However, the hotel pool was incredibly cloudy. We were unable to see the bottom of the pool and hair was throughout the water. This did bring the rating of the hotel down due to the condition of the pool and pool area. It desperately needed a deep cleaning.

Overall good - The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. They did a good job managing tired not so nice travelers when the elevator stopped working. Breakfast included with stay was good and the server kept coffee, condiments and food filled. Shopping and restaurants within 1-2 miles. We could not use pull out couch due to poor mattress and discovered a hole in the wall behind the couch with the floor neglected in that area as well.

I would just like to say, after being charged a high rate on taxes on this app to purchase a room, then charged another $50 at the front desk on top of the purchase already made is ridiculous. I was charged $17 in taxes and another $50 from front desk. And now spent in total a $170 for a $80 room. Thanks i was better off just calling the hotel and booking.

We requested our 2 rooms be adjacent, but they weren't. There was blood on our bedding. Staff did not want to refill coffee because it was 20 minutes before breakfast closed (10am). Elevators out of order. Surprised there was no microwave in the room but the spa shower was great! Overall, we were very disappointed. We expected more from a Hyatt property.

Overall nice hotel. We were just there for one night on a road trip. I was very unimpressed with check-in. The desk clerk complained about being tired and acted accordingly. After I got my key and found my way up to my room, the key didn’t work. I went back down, waited in line and received a new key. She failed to mention that she had transposed the room number the first time and sent me to the wrong room. No mention of it, no apology. Things were better after that. Room was clean, bed comfy and the desk clerk the next morning pleasant.

Not enough staff at the front to help all customers . Only had one poor woman running the desk/phones, bar, and kitchen. She couldn't keep up and it's not her fault at all. Hotel should've scheduled more staff
