The breakfast options were the usual, but better than most. The room was clean, fresh and modern updated. Easy access to freeway. Pleasant hotel stay. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was awful it was like mattress top keep getting ball up under fitted sheet so all night we had to get up straight it back out.only got two hour sleep maybe. No hot water in am or pm. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Drunk try getting in our room at 4 in morning. Just not what we come to expect from the chain

Perfect stay
A clean hotel with friendly staff. Connected to the convention center where I was attending an event. Great location for food not far away if you have transportation. It was quiet and the room was comfortable I had a peaceful nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again.

Property was nice and clean. The spa shower was amazing! Close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking and free breakfast! The staff were professional and nice. I was greeted by a staff each time i entered the hotel.

Nice hotel, freezing cold pool
Very nice and clean hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. The heat wasn’t on in the indoor pool area, and the pool was ice cold. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we came for the indoor pool and couldn’t swim at all.

Jamie at the front desk was very rude to us. This was after we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check in. Otherwise it wasn’t bad. Parking was an issue because convention goers next door were parking in the Hyatt space. That left not enough for guests.
