There was some sort of disconnect between Hyatt customer service and the actual hotel, I asked them to add a name to the reservation and it didn't happen so I had to make an additional call once the other member of my party had arrived, but the person I talked to was very pleasant and took care of it immediately.

This is the worst Hyatt hotels I ever been to, the whole facility is lack of maintenance, one elevator doesn’t work at all, the other one is very very slow, waiting time is super long for a five floor building, I waited sometime for 15mins for the elevator. Check in is also super slow, 3 customers in front of me took 40 mins. The front desk went somewhere and took a long time to come back. The worst is I got bitten by bed bugs from the extra blanket I borrowed from them on the second day. 6 huge bumps in a role, which may not be a big surprise for a place lack of maintenance like this. Breakfast also not good, no fruit, very few choices, no oatmeal. Definitely won’t come back any more.

They over booked our room, gave us one with one bed and a pull out for 5 people. Offered us nothing to make up for it. They were incredibly busy but not at all prepared. Breakfast was gone as soon as it came out, they had one person at the desk who was also handling breakfast. Ran out of pool towels because the pool was so full. They knew they would be full and did nothing to prepare for it. Should have stayed next door.
