This was our first time to Cincinnati. Please beware that you have to pay to park $42/day, plus tip the valets every time they put your car away or bring it up for you. They do not charge you to go in & out like some places do. They are very nice, courteous & took good care of the vehicle & got it quickly each time. Having said that, you have to pay to park almost anywhere you go in the city & either need to hunt down a pay machine or download the app to pay for parking. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. There fabulous, hot, full breakfast of eggs, sausage, breads, yogurts, pancakes, oatmeal, fruit & juices. Coffee, tea & hot chocolate are free & available 24 hrs. You do have to use your card key to ride the elevator as well as get into your room. The gym is fantastic with Peleton bikes, treadmills, weights & elliptical machine along with a pool. Room service is only every other day unless you request service everyday. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Room was great! Very spacious. In a nice part of town. Walking distance to where we needed to go. Staff was nice and friendly.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. Entire place was dated and dirty looking. Walls were paper thin. Heard everything in the rooms next door. Even just normal conversation.

Great stay!

Great stay with a wonderful breakfast included! The young man who was over the breakfast area was incredibly helpful and friendly! I loved having a ceiling fan in my suite. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Pay to park in parking garage or valet service available. Check-in and out, seamless!

The staff were honestly some of the best hotel staff that I have ever interacted with. They continuously went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Area was very safe and had easy access to many attractions.

I think my stay was amazing, but i had one unpleasant thing, me and my friend might be allergic to whatever you guys wash your sheets in. My friend had it worse, all bumps around her arms and always itchy. They looked like bug bites but they weren’t?? We checked the bed for anything and didn’t see anything. But, We had an amazing stay!!
