We were there 4 nights, first night the TV had to be reconnected, not a big deal but every day after it would tell us we were not authorized, and only worked off and on. Didn’t get room service except to replace towels, didn’t need beds made or anything but vacuuming would have been nice along with replacing the toilet paper and coffee.

My problem with any IHG property is the internet doesnt let you connect anything other than your phone. Very inconvenient. Great building and staff though !

Enjoyed talking to lady who set up breakfast every morning. She was kind and hard working.Front desk workers were also nice.We stayed for two nights and if we ever come thru again ,we would absolutely stay again.

The man who checked us in was super nice housekeeping was nice but that lady doing the breakfast was absolutely horrible. we were not the only guest who was talking about it. The way she thought it’s ok to talk to people the way she did was unacceptable. i went and said something to the front desk they were very apologetic and went and spoke with her they handled it very professionally. They didn’t clean the rooms super well wrappers were under the couch wasn’t that big of a deal tho. Overall the stay was pretty good besides the rude breakfast lady.
