The heater in the pool was broken and the water was too cold for the kids to enjoy themselves in (which was the entire reason we booked a hotel for that night). It was disappointing, but there are worse things in the world.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Staff were really nice, very accommodating and they tend to our needs right away. The breakfast was wonderful and the facility is so clean. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. We will definitely be back there once we visit Cincinnati again.
