Do yourself a favor and just don’t stay here. The room smelled so bad. I don’t think the floor had been cleaned in years. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout the country and this one might be the worst. The front desk guy was super nice though.

I tried two different rooms both smelled heavy of cigarette smoke. Decided to leave the property and go find a different place to stay the night. I was told by the front desk person that they would refund my money through orbitz only to find out that when orbit contacted them to get the refund it was denied. I did not spend more than two minutes in each of the rooms that I was assigned. Yet I was still charged for their nastiness. On top of that I was lied to by the person working in the desk about it being a non-smoking establishment and about authorizing the refund when they were contacted. Probably one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever seen.

This hotel is thee worse that I had to deal with. A couple arguing loud in the hallway outside of their room. Guy laying in the hallway. Dog lunged at my kid. No kitchen utensils to cook. Only 2 rags and towels allowed at a time. So much soap scum on the mirror frame in the bathroom .Smells so bad, carpet needs cleaned. Plastic pillows. So much activity it’s scary. Tried getting my money back or transferred to another site but that was unsuccessful. So I left and went to another hotel. Guy smoking in the elevator. This hotel is a motel.

I was in town for a hockey trip with my son. The hotel staff was great and kind. The room had everything I expected as we always take and prepare foods to eat. For the money I got everything I needed and I recommend trying it out. I read reviews before I booked and one said they booked online, as I did, and when they got there they did not have a room. I had absolutely no trouble at all in that regard. When I'm in town again this will probably be the first place I book. I had everything and saved money too!

This hotel is rundown and disgusting. The garbage room was overflowing with trash and made the hallway smell. I saw a roach crawling on the fridge. I didnt even want to sit on the cahir or put my feet on the ground

Absolutely do not stay here. It is like low income subsidized housing. They do not clean the rooms and there are bugs. We saw cockroaches. We ended up leaving the moment we walked in and staying somewhere else. The room wasn’t cleaned and there were no sheets on the beds. Mattresses were filthy. And yea more than one cockroach climbing up the wall. Luckily getting a refund was super easy
