I moved everything in my room. I then turned on the TVs in both rooms which there was only one remote neither had connections. I went to the front desk, the young lady asked if I wanted a new room and I said yes. She wanted me to take all my items out of the first room so she could me a new card for the second room. After everything was said and done, she gave me a master card for the new room the #2 entrance door does not lock, we came back to the hotel at 11:30pm. Walked right in that entrance door. The old room I was in, the interior door lock was busted off. At least the second room did and the TVs worked.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arriving, we discovered a yellow stain on the mattress of the pull-out bed, and the shower floor looked dirty. We were given another room, but the remote for the TV didn’t work and the staff didn't have a screwdriver to change the battery. The new room had black mold around the edges of the ceiling in the bathroom and only one working lamp in the main area, while the others did not function at all. The first floor of the hotel had a strong smell of marijuana, and the entire place felt old and dated. The bar was a particular disappointment, with empty shelves making it unclear whether they were even serving beverages. Additionally, the chairs were beat-up and felt like they might fall apart when you sat in them. On a positive note, the staff was nice and tried to accommodate us, but it's unfortunate that management or the owners don't seem to care for the upkeep of the property. Overall, our stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Cincinnati - Blue Ash was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it to other travelers.

The room was huge, much bigger than I expected, The property seems to be in dire need of some maintenance. The toilet often needed me to remove the lid and adjust. All electrical plugs were sloppy. There was a lack of enough electrical plugs.

Ultimately was a nice stay perfect especially if you wanna spend a few nights somewhere or need to for a trip. The amenities are a little lackluster and room service availability is not necessarily 24 hours. Some of the appliances and outlets in the room are not in the best condition, but the staff were super friendly and we left with a relatively positive experience.

The staff is amazing, although check-in process took 30 minutes due to staff helping another customer checking in. In lobby was water with lemon which tasted rotten. Room was clean but they could have done better. Dried food on door as well as door was broken.
