Everytime it turned on and ran, the heating unit in the room sounded like a washing machine filled with gym shoes. Shower could use a good cleaning.

Nice, Clean and very comfortable!!!

This was our first time staying here but we liked it. We had the 2 Queen bed suites for NYE. It was surprisingly quiet for NYE and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful and the owner/manager was constantly refilling and cleaning the area. The only issue we had was with the key cards not working. We had to go down to the office every time we left the room because the card wouldn't work. It is so close to King's Island that it will be where we stay in Mason from now on.

Okay just to stay one night

We stayed one night at the hotel. Check in was super easy as we came in late. Pool was not open due to maintenance. Room was okay - the plugs really did not hold anything well (charger kept following out). Beds were comfy. Some stains on floor and sheets though. Breakfast was not great - didn’t really replenish items. Went to desk in morning after breakfast to ask question and no help came for about 10 minutes (even after ringing help bell).

Decent but not great

I booked the hotel specifically because they had an indoor pool and my daughter was looking forward to swimming when we got here. Once we arrived, we realize the pool was completely closed and under construction with no notification. In addition to the pool being closed, the overall cleanliness of the room was mediocre at best. The bedding and towels were dingy and shower curtain was stained. Patchwork was all over the shower and some walls as if they had been recently repaired but not fully fixed. Even the shower head was clogged up. Definitely not that up-to-date or clean.
