Chur - lovely town, conveniently located hotel

Very good! Perfect to stay a few days. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms appear to be recently renovated and while sparsely furnished comfortable and there is a kettle in the room with paper cups for hot drinks. The cups were on the small side but workable. The bathroom is a great size and was clean. The floor in the room is solid surface and is probably swept but needs to be mopped/wet cleaned.

The 2 rooms were newly renovated and were fresh and spacious. The staff were very friendly. We loved the area being within the old precinct. The beds were very comfortable and we requested and were provided additional pillows. It was a short walk from the train station. Our rooms were on the top floor and had picturesque views from the windows. It was definitely worth the stay.

Property is in a quiet place. Road works happening around hotel in evening. Kettle and 2 disposable cups available. No other cutlery or teabags available. Bed comfortable. Heating available and adequate. Great views from fourth floor room. Room adequate size. Toilet and bathroom modern and adequate. Breakfast very basic

This hotel was a disappointment. The reception was very tired and outdated and renovations were ongoing including the corridor outside our room. There were electrical wires on show on the ceiling and plastic covering the floor. The room itself was very clean but only one very flat pillow per person, and as the reception was not manned after 8pm, I could not ask for extra. There was a kettle and paper cups but no tea, sugar or milk. Very poor.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a spacious room that could comfortably accommodate four people—something that's becoming quite rare these days—especially in such a strategic location. It’s incredibly close to all the main tourist attractions, yet the area remains calm and quiet, offering the perfect balance between convenience and relaxation. The place is very clean and the host is very welcoming. Just ensure that you do not have a large suitcase, There is an elevator that you can use from the lobby area to your floor. However, you have to carry your luggages to the lobby area on a second floor which requires you to walk to two flight of stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Drei Könige! Although the front desk is only open from 8am to 8pm, we arrived in Chur quite late—around 10pm. Thankfully, the hotel made the late check-in process incredibly smooth by sending us clear and thorough instructions ahead of time. Everything was easy to follow, and we were able to access the hotel without any issues. The room itself exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, beautifully renovated, and spotlessly clean. The linens were crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was a good size with a modern feel. It was the perfect space to unwind after a long journey. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the effort they put into making guests feel welcome, even after hours. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and we’d love to return in the future!

Traditional Hotel with clean cosy rooms

Room was pleasant, sink in the room as bathroom a little small but shower good. Pillows were not great as had no stuffing. Good location easy walk from train station. We didn’t have breakfast as leaving early. Room was cosy & warm, but would be too warm in the summer without a fan. This hotel has several steps up to the reception to check in so with a heavy bag was not ideal. There is a tiny lift up to the rooms only.
