As soon as we got to the hotel I went to the front desk to checked in and ask the front office guy for extra pillows and he said he will put it on request for the housekeeping but we never receive any pillows for 3 nights we stayed at the hotel. And the bathroom inside our room was dirty. It looks like they just run the water to take out the dirt. The bathtub is dirty and it has stain.

It was comfortable and clean.. the only adjustment I would make would be the the volume on the tv when you turn it on.. the volume is turned all the way up loud everytime the tv is turned on..

The sheets were dirty and the tub was peeling with chip paint.. After I reported it they stated that they're working on their tubs. I stated that a room should not be used if it's not up to par. And regarding the dirty sheets they stated that they would talk to the cleaning lady who had the room before
