The staff we spoke with were great, but no extra blankets and no maintenance staff. Door wouldn’t lock unless you literally pulled up and slammed the door. Parking was pretty tight and trying to get in the parking lot from the freeway was NOT safe.

Good overnight stay, very friendly staff
Check was quick and easy. The room was really clean except for the vent in the bathroom. I know it is easy to overlook this as it is in the ceiling but it grossed my out a bit. If you are a light sleeper you are right next to the freeway so it is a bit noisy. Overall I would give it high marks and consistent with what you expect from a Best Western.

Hotel needs some work
Noise from nearby highway was hard to ignore. No hot water on the 4th day. If I didn't keep the bathroom fan on all the time the smell in the shower was bad. Bed had a sag in the middle so you always rolled into the dip.Desk people were very nice but the hotel needs some work.
