Noisy Location between the Freeway and a Small Truck Stop/Travel Center. The room was Clean & recently refreshed. The bed was firm. Hotel is currently going through a remote & lobby was closed. Breakfast was nicer than expected good & sufficient.

Needs Improvement

The room was the exact one in the photos, but it looked like it was a photo from when the place first opened. The room has a very filthy carpet and the room looks pretty worn for wear. Not to mention the lobby is completely closed for renovations and check in happens through a sketchy window that you can barely hear the staff from. There was also a very loud motorcycle gang that rested there and they were insanely loud past midnight. Despite that, the staff in the morning and housekeeping was so so nice and breakfast was very good. I wouldn’t stay here again, but I certainly am thankful for the people who work hard in these conditions.

Expedia needs to remove them for services and availability supposedly this happens every year at this same date of February This has been the worst experience ever we did not even last 2 hours there because of the terrible service and noise there is a gang of music motorcyclists that sound like a traveling night club drinking screaming and partying and doing drugs we called the reception several times to do something about it… they said this happens every year wow thanks alot for not putting that on your booking info security doesnt do anything and they couldnt move us to the other side of the building they even began driving around the entire building with their super huge speakers we had to call the police and got so fed up we told them to refund us we were leaving and didnt say a single thing this was now around 1:28 in the morning we had to pack up and leave with our 2 kids and find another hotel Luckily we found the LA QUINTA INN BY WYNDHAM SAN DIEGO CHULA VISTA … excellent customer service they said we were the third family that night to come in from the same cheap nasty hotel and that they have this problem every year and dont know why that hotel permits them to continue to do this expedia should remove them completely they are Fraudulent liars please EXPEDIA TAKE THEM OF OF YOUR WEBSITE I HAVE VIDEO RECORDINGS, receipts of the new hotel we had to go to and even texts from the police call that night NEVER AGAIN DO NOT EVER GO THEREEEEEEE

Room was a little dirty, AC unit seemed to be broken/ falling apart. We booked this hotel for convenience as we had an early flight from TJ and only a few minutes away from the CBX bridge. We kinda expected it so. If anyone is looking to book this hotel ask for a room away from the freeway.
