I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall cleanliness and comfort. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust on the surfaces and stains on the carpet. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the towels seemed worn out. Additionally, the bedding was very uncomfortable, with lumpy pillows and a mattress that felt like it was long past its prime. I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid and will not be returning.

Excellent rooms, which are as big as apartments. Clean and AC and electricity is 24 hours. The staff was amazing!we got late check out. I dropped coffee on my top, and the waiter offered to take it to clean after I changed. He returned it in a couple of hours like new. The free breakfast is amazing, especially fresh eggs and manakeesh on saj. I shopped at the shops which are cool. Starbucks is right next door. The pool is great, during the week just for kids and women. Was the most comfortable stat. Will be staying again!

Stayed in one of the suites for overnight. Easy parking facilities nearby. Some shopping and eating in the neighbourhood. Very well kept and clean bedroom and bathroom. King size comfortable bed. Sitting area and kitchenette. Bathroom has over tub shower and bidet. Good choice to stay overnight

Staff is absolutely fantastic. So respectful and gracious. This has truly been a great experience. I cant Imagine staying elsewhere. Great service, safe location and the staff make you feel even safer. The room is clean, has a kitchenette and free parking onsite, in front or in under ground parking. I’m truly impressed by the facility and staff, especially for the pricing

Wonderful hotel in Bekaa.Modern,full of life . The restaurant in the facade and Starbucks are always full of young people. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and smiling. Lovely experience! I will be back for sure!

Convenient location, good basic facilities such as comfortable bed, good lighting, temperature control. The breakfast was very disappointing, so I bought something from Starbucks instead. When I needed some help, nobody could assist me, as the one on the phone did not understand English; I never received the callback I was promised.

nice hotel and stuff in the heart of chtaura, room confortable and clean, the girl on the reception were very nice and because we was 4 persons they upgrade our reserved room to a big studio very spacious and confortable, breakfast is sooo divers and rich , i recommend the hotel and it will be my destination for my next visit to Bekaa

Definitely the best hotel in Bekaa
I got really well treated from the first moment I entered the hotel, the owners of the hotel were really friendly. My room was Very Spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a delicious dinner with my friends at night and the ambience of the restaurant was really cozy. Coming back soon!

Normal hotel over priced
Doesn't deserve the price . Room so deficient Had to ask about the safety box , many electricity sockets not working , balcony not sound proof as I had to suffer the traffic noise the whole night . , room service are late in replying a request , bed sheets not changed every night , Welcome bar is too poor limited to tea bags . No mini bar , the buffet for breakfast fast has limited varieties . I'd rate it a 3 star max .
