High class experience

There wasn’t a single bad thing about staying here and I’ve stayed at a ton of hotels! They are very flexible with giving you a shuttle to and from the airport when you need it. Everything was clean and modern. They even upgraded our room and gave us free drinks. Truly a high class experience. Great for if your needing airport services.

Very busy area with multiple different accommodation options. Our room was clean and laid out as described. Even with the busy area and horses outside, it was a quiet night. Very nice reception staff, easy check in/out process.

We never stayed at Sudima Christchurch as there was a mix up with dates. Maria the hotel Manager did her best to sort it out due to Expedia sending an automated reply to me. I am still waiting to hear from Expedia as I then had to book another hotel at my cost. If I don't hear soon from Expedia, I will NOT BE USING HOTELS.COM for furture bookings
