Best place to stay in Chilpancingo by far!
It was an amazing stay, the place it very centrally located. The staff is super attentive and friendly. The breakfast and dinner we delicious and of great value as well as the wait staff. This is honestly the BEST experience to this day on all the hotels I've booked on Hotels.com.

The hotel is fine. It's next to Walmart on a busy highway. It's pretty far south of the city center and bus stations, not pedestrian friendly.
