The exterior may be uninspiring but the room was spacious, clean and had comfortable chairs and a well equipped kitchen. Recommended.

I love the beds in this property, also, every time I have to arrive late at night, owner is available to welcome me. Had the experience in other motels, where the owner don’t open their office late at night, even though I have had reservations made. This is one of my favourite place to stay in Hope.

Lovely hotel, Bad guest next door

We love to stay here. The beds are comfortable. Most guests are clean and quiet. Unfortunately last night some people arrived late, ignored the parking signs (do not back in) and backed up in front of our door. (It wasn't even a parking space). At 10pm at night the woman was unloading dishware and food from the back hatch. We asked her to move her car but it took her another hour to do that. We got to sleep late. Hoping they never come back.
Just outside our door -despite the Please Do Not Back In sign. Also it was not a parking space.

As always the staff were exceptional the cleanliness was wonderful. And everyone was so kind and accommodating. Some of the vagrant population seem to have found their way across the Fraser which was a bit nerve-wracking but, to be fair they didn't go near any of the vehicles in the parking lot, just rummaged through the bins. Will definitely stay again as it is such a convenient location and great during work trips because it is reliably clean and well appointed

Hotel was OK. Sheets were clean..Room smelled musty. Repairs and renovations are poorly done.esp in bathroom..check in was easy. Hotel was overpriced compared to other budget hotels in Hope.
